1. Apply to the grain-refining of pure aluminum or aluminum alloys in the course of smelting and the refining modification treatment of the Al-Si alloys. 2. White metal nuggets. 250g/pc, 100pcs in a carton, 25kg/carton.
1.Properties Features:
(1). AlTi5BRE10 will produce a lot of dispersed TiB2, TiAl3, AlB2 and TiC corpuscles with high melting point in the molten Al. When these corpuscles coagulate as foreign crystalline cores, notably refining the crystalline configuration of the cast ingots, improving the mechanic properties of the aluminum cast.
(2). This product contains mischmetal, such as La, Ce, Pr and Nd etc. RE content: 9～11%, purifying the molten aluminum, improving the fluidity and the microstructure of Al-Si alloy, less wastage, improving the quality of the surface of finished products.
2.Scope of Application:
Apply to the grain-refining of pure aluminum or aluminum alloys in the course of smelting and the refining modification treatment of the Al-Si alloys.
3.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 720~760℃
(2). Dosage: 0.5～1kg/T molten Al.
(3). Valid period for grain-refining: 6~8 hours.
(4). Operation method: Skim off the dross and put this product into the molten aluminum, with stir to homogenate. Then, keep the molten aluminum static for 5~10 minutes.
4.Package and Storage:
Appearance: white metal nuggets.

Storage: Keep dry and ventilated.
