1.Properties & Application:
(1). Apply to the Cu element addition of aluminum and other alloys replacing Al-Cu master alloys.
(2). Copper content: 75% or 80%. Put directly into the molten metal at normal smelting temperature, melt quickly (<3 minutes), the Cu element recovery ≥ 90%.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 730~760℃
(2). Dosage: according to calculating and experimental results..
(3). Method: Skim off the dross and plunge this product into the molten metal, stir evenly the melt after reaction finish, keep the molten metal static for 15~20 minutes.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: dull red hard tablet.
500g/pc, 20kg/carton.
Keep dry and ventilated.
