1. Used for the Cr element additive or grain refining of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting. Using temperature low, low wastage of Cr element. 2. 250g/pc, 100pcs in a carton, 25kg/carton.
1.Properties & Application:
Chromium content: 4～6% for AlCr5; 8～12% for AlCr10; 13-17% for AlCr15; 18-22% for AlCr20.
Used for the Cr-element additive or grain refining of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting. Using temperature low, low wastage of Cr element.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 730℃ minimum.
(2). Dosage: according to calculating and experimental results.
(3). Method: heating to the appropriate temperature, skim off the dross and put AlCr5 into the molten Al, stirring the molten to homogenate, keep the molten Al static for 10~20 minutes.Mix round well-proportioned before affusing.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: white metal nuggets.
Form: Piglet---250g/pc, 100pcs in a carton, 25kg/carton,1mt/pallet; Waffle---7-9kg/waffle, 1mt/pallet.
Storage: Keep dry and ventilated.
