1.Properties & Application:
This product contains rare earth elements such as La, Ce, Pr and Nd etc. RE content: 9～11%. Function: deoxidizing, desulfurating, purifying the molten copper, improving the fluidity, notably refining the microstructure of copper and copper alloys, improving the mechanic, electronic and working properties of the copper cast.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 900~1250℃
(2).Dosage: in pure copper:1.0～1.5kg/T; in copper alloys: 1.5～2kg/T.
(3). Operation method: Skim off the dross and put this product into the molten Cu , stir to homogeneous. Keep the molten Cu static for 5~10 minutes.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: metal nuggets, 700g/pc. 30kg/carton.
