Aluminum Manganese Alloy (Piglet)
Model: AlMn10, AlMn20, AlMn25, AlMn30, AlMn40
Used for the Mn element additive of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting
1.Properties & Application:
Manganese content: 9～11% for AlMn10; 28～32% for AlMn30, 38～42% for AlMn40. Used for the Mn element additive of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting with low temperature and accurate controlling composition.
2.Operation Instructions:
(1). Temperature: 720~760℃
(2). Dosage: according to calculating and experimental results.
(3). Method: Skim off the dross and put AlMn10 into the molten Al, stirring the molten to homogenate, keep the molten Al static for 5~10 minutes.
3.Package and Storage:
Appearance: white metal nuggets.
Form: Piglet---250g/pc, 250g/carton; 1mt/pallet; Waffle---7-9kg/waffle, 1mt/pallet
Storage: Keep dry and ventilated.
